The GLO-JO PRO – PAL™ EL Series Helmet Band is an ancillary device that should not be worn alone, but in conjunction with other required safety equipment. Many individual components of the GLO-JO PRO – PAL™ have been 3rd party tested for heat and flame resistance, but the GLO-JO PRO – PAL™ as a whole has not been tested by a 3rd party. Therefore, the GLO-JO PRO – PAL™ has not been proven to be intrinsically safe, as well as being heat, flame, impact, and water resistant according to a specific 3rd party requirement so as to insure its appropriateness. All users assume full responsibility for the use and application of the GLO-JO PRO – PAL™ EL Series Helmet Band.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CSC GROUP LLC DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, ORAL OR IN WRITING, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WITH RESPECT TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL CSC GROUP LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFIT, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT OR TORT OR BASED ON A WARRANTY, EVEN IF THE PARTY CLAIMING SUCH DAMAGES HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. LIMITED WARANTY
CSC GROUP LLC offers a Limited Warranty for its products, covering against defects in materials and workmanship conforming to a period of 90 days from the date of retail sale. During the warranty period, the product could be repaired or replaced, at CSC GROUP LLC’s discretion. Previously owned or used products that have been resold are not eligible for free warranty support; however replacements parts may be made available at a nominal fee. CSC GROUP LLC will also permit a return in rare instances that a product is damaged in transport. This Limited Warranty is void if any defects are caused by abuse, misuse, negligence or unauthorized modifications or repairs made to CSC GROUP LLC’s products. All liability for incidental or consequential damages is specifically excluded. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to the customer.
